I want to thank Jamie from Karosserie in Wayne PA.
I stopped in there and Jamie gave me a tour of his auto body facility.
The minute you walk in the door you can see why this shop is one of the few
Ferrari authorized body shops in the nation. Not only Ferrari but also Porsche,
    Lamborghini and Tesla too.
The shop is first rate and the work I witnessed be performed is nothing short of phenomenal. Their employees are true craftsmen.
I had Jamie inspect a Ferrari for me and he bent over backwards and arranged transportation, inspected the vehicle and then consoled with me on his findings.
I would of taken photos but obviously I cant due to privacy reasons since the cars in the shop belong to others. I can tell you that they had modern day collision repairs as well as vintage restorations being performed.
    Thanks again Jamie!

That must be a new location? I hope I don't need them but they were off of I-276 up in the Northeast last time I saw the facility.

I believe Classic Coach owns them now? If I recall correctly, they relocated after the sale.

Jaime and Steve really run an unreal operation there. They are the ONLY people I trust with ANY level car. They have a true dedication to the "art". They have saved my butt multiple times when it comes to nicks and scratches as well. Easily the best I know.

Saw a few bad reviews for them on Yelp, awhile back. Do you all still swear by them (Karrosserie)? I've got an '89 911 cab I've had for 20 years .. all original paint, but a few beauty marks here and there I'd like to get taken care of at some point. Thanks!

It is a different Classic Coach not the one in Elizabeth, NJ that does all the work for Ferrari NA.

Karoserrie is a collision repair facility and Algar uses them and refers customers to them as well.
Its not really about taking the market share from Algar, rather they work together.

I have often thought about having my 550 stripped and repainted completely, and I have always been told that this should be the shop to have do this kind of job.
I have talked to people from the shop a few times on the phone, but they have always been a little vague about pricing...I asked them to give me a very rough ballpark figure for my vehicle and then described the exact condition of the vehicle, but they were very hesitant to even speculate.
Does anyone who has used them have a rough idea of where they sit in the spectrum of pricing? I had thought about 20K for my vehicle that has no prior bodywork and has a couple of ping dents in each door. Am I way low with my estimate?

They are true craftsmen and are not going to just strip and paint your car. I think this will be your dilemma, I am sure they want to put hands on the car to give an accurate pricing and you can't blame them for being cautious.
I can tell you this, it will look better than new when complete.

A friend of mine wrecked his new 458 a couple of years ago and sent it to them . He was very happy with the job and the experience they sent him progress photos and the completed car is perfect the entire front end was disassembled and all damaged parts were replaced (no filler) with new ferrari parts and then repainted to look factory using same overspray techniques etc...
and now a couple of years later still looks perfect...
