Joe, in the event of rain, I assume all is still a go? We are in either way.

Joe,

Unfortunately neither of my cars are ready. I will not be able to attend Saturday. Apologies.

Best of luck with the event guys. Unfortunately, I already had plans for this date and therefore I'm unable to participate again this year. Fingers crossed for another rain free event...

PLEASE POST YOUR INTEREST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! The event is getting bigger and bigger and it would certainly aid us in coordinating.

Me too. The forecast has now worsened...rain is now supposed to move in by later in the day. Hopefully will hold off until later in the evening, as was originally forecast.

Hey Guys...

I am in Florida and will not be able to make it this year unfortunately. However, a friend of mine, Rob, has agreed to take my I8 for me. If you see him, please introduce yourself, I don't think he has ever done an event like this, so he may feel a bit like a fish out of water.

Alex Lee (Red Ferrari 360 w/black roof) will be the point man in my absence. Alex has been around C&C for years and has been a long time participant in this event.

Finally, I really appreciate all of you getting your information to me. There is still time to get it in, but I need it by the end of the day. I have deleted everyones information from my PM folder already as it has all been forwarded to the Hospital.

Hello,

This will be my first time doing this event, couple quick questions.

What do folks wear? Is it business casual, dressier, shorts and tshirt?

I'll be bringing my girlfriend, can she just hangout at the Academy while I drive the kids to the prom?

Thanks. See you tomorrow.

Hi Joe,
Dress is usually business casual/casual...recommend a collared shirt. And yes, hanging out at the Academy is usually not an issue.

Alex

Hey guys, I will be joining the ride along with a few others from a local Audi group. Some of you I have met at West Chester Cars and Coffee too. Looking forward to a great event once again. Blue S4 here, and a few others will be joining the group. See you there!

What time do we need to be there? 5:15, or earlier than that?

If you have not already done so, please send a PM to Joe Zaff or me with your full name, date of birth, and state of residence (licensing state). This is required as part of the new security protocols implemented by the hospital.

I am planning to get there around 4:30, as long as you are there before 5:15 we should be good.

Dinner arrangements have been made at Two Fat Guys Greenville for those who expressed interest.

My info has already been sent, so good to go. Looking like it may rain though now too, not too happy about that. Was looking forward to a nice day for all involved, cars and kids. As of yesterday it was supposed to be a nice day, so much for the weather being correct. This event is rain or shine I assume too, right? I will be there no matter what, still a great event, but damn the weather!

I'm still in...but....if it's raining steady and still this temp (mid 50s) I'll be bringing the Ram. Pirelli Corsas + rain +55 degrees +600 lb/ft torque can make for interesting traction in the Viper. And I don't want to take a chance, especially with a kid in the car.

So, if some kids want to go in the truck (if I bring it) then fine, if not, I'm still there to help organize and keep things moving. I'm done this enough years to be able to help out!

I am sorry, but must drop out. It is a steady downpour here in Maryland. My cup 2 tires are deadly in rain and temperatures at 50 degrees. So bummed that I have to miss this event AGAIN!
