Dupont Children's Hospital Prom--4/22/17-I need your help again! :)

Guys,
it's that time of year again and I really need your help giving back.

The Dupont Nemours Children's hospital is hosting their 6th annual prom for patients with Cancer and Blood disorders on April 22d from 5:15-6:30. These children unfortunately missed their own proms due to illness. The hospital asked me if anyone in our car community would again be interested in helping transport patients and their guests from Ursuline Academy 1106 Pennsylvania Ave, Wilmington, DE 19806 and take them to the to the DuPont Children's Hospital a few miles away. These past few years your generosity has made this event into the highlight of the year for many of the kids. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your continued support.

They will have a professional photographer this year who will take pictures of the kids getting into the cars, so families aren’t slowing down the process. Based on the number of cars we have, we will know how many trips we need to take to the hospital. They are planning on over 150 guests, but some of them will not be going to Ursuline first.

We will again have a police escort as we drive the children from the staging area to the Hospital. The Hospital is aware that many of our exotics are two seaters, and its not a problem. Depending on how many drivers we get, we may have to do a few runs.

There are a couple of changes this year. First, I will need the full names of all the drivers. If you are not comfortable posting that information online, please PM me. Secondly, I would like everyone to use Dash Cams in their cars that record sound. You can pick them up for as little as $25.00 online or at Walmart. This is not mandatory, but strongly recommended. I realize it may be an inconvenience, so my firm will make a $25.00 donation to the hospital for every participant who has a Dash Cam. My firm will also donate an additional $1000.00 to the hospital if we get enough volunteers to make this viable.

Guys, this a wonderful opportunity to help give an unforgettable night to some young adults who have had a really rough go of it.

Please help me.

Here is the link from last year:

Children's Hospital Prom--I need your help :)

PLEASE POST YOUR INTEREST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! The event is getting bigger and bigger and it would certainly aid us in coordinating.

Hi - long time lurker here. My current "exotic" is only a 2016 Cayman S, but I love the idea of helping these kids have a fun night. If you need an extra car, put me on the list.

A cayman is a very special car and the kids would go nuts over an opportunity to ride in one. We would love to have you. I will add you to the list!
