Can you identify this relay and fuse ?

    1988 Mondial 3.2 Cabriolet.

    These relays are on the right (passenger) side under the bonnet. Can you identify the one circled in red (the one closest to the front of the car). What is the relay for and what fuse should it have.

    I was reading through the TEVES ABS MKII Brake System Manual and on page 35 is shows Item #166, "Fuse holder for check system."
