    I thought the same Jurgen!

    Not many have their own Ferrari scrap yard! pity though, but looking at the body, time has done its processing on it.. 15.000 euro. hope he gets it for it!

    I've had a look at the car some while ago, but most parts are in bad shape and he's asking firm prices for these parts.

    I mailed the guy this morning for some pieces. Pricing on Kapaza is quit firm, but you can negotiate when you call him. His idea for getting rich by parting out a Ferrari is allready put away I guess. ;)
    I did call him when I was in search for headlight pods - dipped beam. I wasn't aware he had a RHD car, but he's explanation did me convince it were sealed beams, so US car. Glad I didn't buy them...

    Perhaps we need to bundle our needs and buy the car completely. :D

    But heart missed a beat after reading oil on header and then this thread... Stekkefun you're playing with my health buddy. ;)

    'Firm too much' Yoda says .. (“When nine hundred years old you reach, look as good you will not.” ) Reminds me of a old guy in Belgium who wanted 14.000 euro for a scrap yard Dino GT4 of 1977 painted, really bad, in primer. 12.000 for a running and cleaned up engine is more realistic.

    Similar engine: I guess a good and clean Mondial 8 engine should not do more then this as well.

    what I got from the owner is that the car has a Euro LHD VIN, so RHD must be a conversion.

    Some confusion from the owner's side: he has a Mondial 8, fully restored. The one pictured is a UK, so RHD, QV

    Looks like an 8 2v not QV engine.
