Mike: Nice, I haven't seen these before. I think that's a 400i in the background in the last photo. Check out Marcel Massini's photos also if you haven't seen them: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/308-328/89689-factory-photos-25-years-ago.html#post135484568 There's what looks like an Azzurro QV Coupé in a few of them... makes me wonder!
Wow, I've definitely never seen these before, thanks Charles! I'm gonna steal some for the archive... -Mike Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

lmao I guess there where no health issues and regulations back then. It has now changed a 180 degrees where there are even plants growing inside the factory. Nevertheless there hangs a particular smell in the engine hall. Very neat photos of a very different time. a bit chaotic at the time. Piles of hoses in boxes and on the ground, greyish air, body parts stacked together like a real men cave and nowadays every Ferrari has its own numbers box and each single part is signed of with the builders signature. Thanks Bell & Tijn. BTW, I have posted this before but just in case you have not seen the Enzo Ferrari movie based on a true story, here are the videos. By hook or by crook, Enzo managed to build a very successful Marque and convinced the world that a Ferrari automobile is truly among the best in the world. Intense and fascinating, awe inspiring and tells the story of Enzo Ferrari and the cars. If you have 2 hours to kill, here are the full movie episodes spoken in English: Ferrari Movie, based on a true story: ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 1 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v71XflpEED4]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 1 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 2 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lI6kwWMSRU]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 2 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 3 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Z1YI_KZ_Xo]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 3 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 4 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pH3wGwc5RVc]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 4 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 5 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJUNT9JSw1c]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 5 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 6 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPHI4Ct-tag]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 6 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 7 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaiAhiOCu9k]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 7 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 8 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ca44i73Mzc]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 8 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 9 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfF54BFgNPg]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 9 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 10 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_Y7ObmQhbs]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 10 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 11 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTGHgovd-ZA]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 11 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 12 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h93Q22NkQNc]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 12 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 13 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJ6vf7lo9yM]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 13 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 14 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rgPmjS7ouo]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 14 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 15 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pS86k50gK10]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 15 - YouTube[/ame] ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 16 final [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B50NGY1W0i4]ferrari la pelicula subs español - parte 16 final - YouTube[/ame]

Great pics Mike! Note the red dash in the 308 in the second to last picture in your first post very rare it also extends to the armrests.
Mondial parked on the street just outside the factory.. Nice reading and pics At the time a 20 year old kid in 1981: Back in the Day: Ferrari 1981 | Winston Goodfellow A Mondial behind the 308 after a paint job. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
These factory photo's are the best, what a great way to start 2015 looking back on history of the Ferrari Mondial
A friend just informed me that some of these factory photos belong to Marcel Massini, (Ferrari Historian and expert and editor for two international Ferrari magazines and is one of the worlds most knowledgeable authorities on the Ferrari brand). I would like to give credit to him for documenting and writing about our great Mondials! He is a true Ferrari historian that we all can appreciate! Best, Mike
