This is AWESOME - Howie - sorry to bother, but do you have a larger picture of what the panel says? I can barely make it out. Cheers
Great car, great scenes, great movie! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGNhyEDhzPI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3IhsNrK3zk
Just a few questions... Is this an 89 T, who owns the car now, why does it say 1 of 60, and why has the mirrors and front spoilers been painted? You sure this is the exact car used in movie or did they use multiple Mondial Ts in the shot? VERY COOL if its all true. Image Unavailable, Please Login
There was 60 cars in the show to celebrate 60 years of Ferrari selling cars in the USA, so this is one of the 60. Owners paint the mirrors, spoilers, and bottom side panels for a better look. The front had many chips in the paint like a lot do get, but this was the worse I have ever seen.
Hey folks, Do you see what's happening? The shine is blinding. The sparkle is enticing. The amazing features can no longer be overlooked. The Mondial has been knocking at the front door of acceptance, for a good many years - - and the "$ staff" has decided to usher it in, with horn toots and cheers. This Mondial car crosses all the borders - single drivers, couples in love, couples not in love, couples with one child, couples with two children and ....... people with all of the above .......... plus ........... luggage !!!! Enjoy the ride Hank
Hi Howie, I'll check out my PM inboard.. Honestly - - sometimes I delete stuff that could be worth millions $$$$ to me Ahh well, I'm OK, regardless .. Cheers, Hsnk
Thanks David, I did not know they were 90 up, movie came out in 92, so they prob used a 91 or 92 in the film. cheers
Speaking of which, I love this still from the movie. It always chokes me up to the Twin Towers in the background. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Mice? Am I missing something - I am sure someone is about to point out that there are 453 threads about this already ...
Passive shoulder seat belt retractors. In the Cabs they "run" along the rockers to move the shoulder belt so you can leave the car without unclipping the belt. Stupid design. Other cars had them too. Many ran along the "A" pillar and roof instead of the rockers. Can't do that in a convertible, no roof. DavidJ
