Quite a challenge you've got there with that engine, but everything's repairable with dedication, time and the right budget. You'll end up with a wonderful and virtually new Mondial! Might be a good idea to check Eurospares for parts. They have a lot of spares and wrecked cars for parts. Kind regards, Nuno.

You are a Lucky man. Those pistons normaly go trough the sidewall. Hopefully for you new pistons and rods will do the job. I feel cold on my back everytime I see them pulling those engines from above. Please put it back from the underside... Good luck with your project, Guido
