Hello to you all! I am new as an active member to the forum. I have been reading and following the forum for over 2 years. It helped me a lot to make my decision. In the begining of the year I bought my selves my first (horse) a 3.2 cabriolet. Its my first Ferrari but I do already have a Classic Lotus and a Triumph in my stable. Hans.
Hello Hans. Welcome to our Mondi world. Since you have been following the forum for a few years, you know what a great group of folks these are and how open and helpful they can be. We also love details and pics of of our cars. Anything you can share? Best wishes and happy driving. Gerald
Welcome to the group Hans! This is the perfect place for everything you need and need to know for your wonderful car. Groetjes van Stefan
Thank you all for the warm welcome! I live in Bruges. No Germans in my stable. Only Britisch old and new and one Italian. I had a P car in the past. It was a technical masterpiece but predictable and a bit boring. I have done some DIY work on my mondial with the help of all the great information found on this forum. Car had been standing for a few years and as a result all externally mounted bearings on the block are giving up the ghost. I have replaced the cambelt tensioner bearing with new ones (Hill's), waterpump belt tensioner bearings and I am in the process of replacing both external cam drive pulley bearings. Right hand rear electric window winder Volvo conversion has been done left one is for this winter. Next on the list is clutch slave. Here is a picture of my pride. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I loved mine and it tried to kill me by catching fire while I was driving. This is all that is left of it after almost 40 years. Alden Image Unavailable, Please Login
Excellent, thanks! My rear windows still work OK so I saved this thread and about a dozen pics for a future project. Alden
