    It's been almost 6 months and finally it is weeks from completion. I have enough in the restoration that I could have bought a lot newer nicer Fcar. I must say the fun I have driving and looking at my Mondi. It's all worth it and it will last another 30 years and still look great. I intend to keep excellent care of her and drive the hell out of it.

    Yes we went ahead and painted the plastic it was in bad shape. The color is Ferrari black or Nero. It was still wet just sprayed so it looks metal flake but it is not.

    Yes it's very exciting. It was in mechanic shop 4 months I got to drive it for a few weeks then into the paint and body shop it went for the last six months I have been waiting for it to be done. Now we are a few short weeks from it being done and then it will be home. I can not wait it's like a kid on Christmas morning. I know most of you don't agree with the fender badges. I like them I think it gives a certain look to the Fcar. I'm putting them on my fenders.

    Very nice! I have a black Jag and it is beautiful when it is clean. When it is not it keeps me out of trouble, lol!

    Put the badges on if you want, it is your car.
