Thanks for sharing. I just love the passion J Pogson talks about his love for cars.
And indeed: you don't need to spend 200 Grand to own a cool car...and the Mondial is one.
    Just made my evening

What a fabulous endorsement from such a qualified source.
That QV looks and sounds awesome. Our cars are ageing beautifully.

    That's awesome Jason, thanks.

And he's so right about the "approachability" when compared to other exotics.

Yes pretty much my experience here in England....oh and yes I made those same adjustments to Kato to make it more like my Lotus, how funny. Now I can really drift and slide Kato like a Stratos rally car...if the mood takes me ;-)
I'm also with him on the petrolhead thing, one day very soon there will be no more petrol Ferrari cars, they will all be electric....it's the future, so we best enjoy it while it lasts.
    Regards Bell.

The Mondial is a car that both endears and alienates. It's the Ferrari for people who don't wear Ferrari gear. It's a car for people who put ketchup on hot dogs, and who wouldn't think twice about listening to Frank Zappa's "Ship Arriving Too Late To Save A Drowning Witch" while watching a sport played with a stick but no ball. It's a beautiful disaster. It's a masterpiece.
    ---- end quote ---

    I love it.

So very true! When I'm at a car show with other "Ferrari" owners, they are chasing the kids away from their cars, I let them all pile in and their parents snap their picture, I wouldn't have it any other way.

I keep coming back to wanting a QV coupe as a 3 season daily driver... This is only making me want it more. Great video. Love the Mondial.

The interviewee is so right. You don't have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to have a cool car. Anyone sitting in one of these babies can't help but look cool.

I've been on the track w Mondi's, and raced hill-climbs against them. Also went on group drives with them. They are gorgeous on the road, and have impeccable track manners. I've always been a fan!

To the lucky owners - Enjoy!

The public loves the car, they recognize it as a Ferrari, some of the newer ones get accused of being Mustangs.

I get nothing but tons of compliments and thumbs up when driving mine.

The internet "experts" that bash the car are mostly 12 year olds posting from their Mom's basement.

He nailed it! It is a cool car. I've noticed the same experience with the public that he has seen. People find the Mondi very approachable. I've had many great gas station conversations with people that come up to talk cars.

I've found that anyone that isn't a car "snob" loves the Mondial. I've owned her for about a year now. Taken her to car shows, cars and coffee, anywhere where car guys/gals congregate. Always well received. Doesn't matter if I'm parked next to a million $ car - people love to come up and chat about the car.
