    It was going.....I would've thought the whole dash would shut down before just one portion of it? any ideas? or just put it down to character

    Is it completely dead or does it start working after x miles?

    I had the same problem. Everything worked except the speedo from time to time.
    MvT told me to clean out both connectors in the engine compartment, on the left side. cleaned out connectors, used sort of conductor spray, never had any issues in the speedo department after that.

    Connectors are between coils and coolant tank.

    sorry for the late reply guys.....thank you, i'll look into all of that. I don't suppose you would have a pic of where to look?

    It was on and off mate......now it hasn't worked for about a year
