I drive my car a lot. The other day when pulling out of a parking lot it was pretty jerky. My first thought was I was being careless. Ran fine for several miles.

Stopped at a short light and when I put it in first it started running rough. Clutch was engaging despite being on floor.

    Then fine until home.

Backing up it did the same thing. Engaging while pressed to floor. Then fine. Then not. Push clutch and after a few seconds it starts to engage anyway. Leave it alone a bit and it's fine.

    So....

Pinhole in clutch line. New line in by Friday.

I love the guys at Competizione. It was time for fluids anyway. :)

I love black Mondials with 348 wheels.

Chris symptom like you describe can also be a pilot bearing starting to seize.

We'll keep an eye on that, thanks. I'm hoping this time it's the obvious peeing from the pinhole when the clutch is depressed.

I have now done more miles than the previous owners combined.

I am still looking for a confirmed source of a clutch line that is the OEM style, being braided stainless covered in a black plastic, can you confirm where they got the clutch line, and if it indeed is the OEM braided type? Many replacements appear to be just a regular rubber brake line, no doubt ok for the medium term, but probably less heat resistant than the oem version.
