My Mondial hasn't moved for about 20 months. As I knew the battery died, so I installed a brand new and fully charched Bosch battery. When I turned the key in the 2nd position, only the clock, the warning lights of the fuel and temp meters and the warning lights (bonnets open) lit. Nothing else. Then I turned on the radio, this worked for a split econd and then all died.

Battery is still charged, but the car is completely dead... Any ideas?? I appreciate your help!

Also check cables to make sure they are clean and making good contact. Beware if you have any of the emergency bolt on cable ends. Poor connections will drive a person crazy

    If you still
Have the factory cut off switch by the battery, cycle it a few times and try to start again.

If nothing is powered then the cut off switch is the first thing to check. Second check is the connection from the battery to the fusebox.

Check strip from negative to chassis at battery. Also the negative pole contact itself. This is a failure that come before others.
And if you still have problems, fusebox probably strikes. I make NEW ones if you are in the need for one.

Up and running again. Cut off switch replaced, need some new relais and some connector were wrongly placed. Only the electric mirrors do not function yet. Oh and the courtesy light in the left door does not work (yet).
