I recently bought an Emergency Work Light for my 308 QV, but it did not come with a Black Pouch. So I made one for myself and a couple of extras if anyone else needed one too. There has been quite a bit of interest, so I am offering it to the Mondial guy's as well. Did the Mondial also come with an Emergency Work Light kit like the 308 / 328? Please check out the 308 thread to see what I am talking about. Thanks.

I have one in my '88 toolkit. I assume it was stock offering.

Sure they did. It is shown on the page with the tool kit. Besides, they were not shown in every manual. Some TR parts books do not show them but the cars came with them.

I guess you can decide if you need a replacement. The one made in the USA or the one made by Guido in Belgium. Good to see someone else supporting us 308 owners. Thanks!

    Brian,
Thanks for clarifying that they were part of the "Tool Kit" for a Mondial.

Tav 40 doesn't show a light or pouch for my 75 308 GT4. But I have a light with the Cavallo on it.

Just wanted to mention one more thing. The Emergency Light I have is for the later model 308 QV where it plugs into the cigarette lighter. I believe the length of wire is considerably more - one power point and needs to reach both front and rear areas of the car. It packages well in the Black Pouch as you can see in the pictures, hence the dimensional difference to the original pouches which are smaller. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the black pouch for my emergency light has a gold colored prancing horse on it....not a big deal but many of you guys are purists.

I'll make a note to check when it gets out of storage for the winter.

The gold cavallino must have been added to the pouch at some point, I have never seen an OEM pouch with a horsey on it, and I have seen quite a few.

Forgot to add, nice repop Robo!

Won't tear down the side like 80% of the originals.
