I just purchased this car, it's a Mondial T of 1993 with some accident damage at the front and a bit at the back. Other than that, the car is in good shape and the engine is OK (at first sight). As I have all the parts needed for the repair, this is one I won't part out. In the next weeks, I'll send updates on the arrival of the car and take pictures of the repair process.

Very healthy car, almost no rust, door sills are close to perfect and no rust under the doors. Some humidity spots on the interior, but can be removed easily, interior is close to perfect.

Thanks for that, as far as I know, I'm the only that depicts the items like they are, so as a buyer you know what you'll get. It's just great fun and fantastic that I can do this :)

Very good guy to deal with. Only trouble I have is shipping because of that big mud puddle between us.

Great Stefan! These cars need to be saved and you never can have to much Mondials :).

Now my obvious question would be, what's the serial number?

Best and keep up the good work,
    Jurgen

    Nice saves Stefan!

That will be another great Mondial on the road when you get finished.

Maybe it will be ready for a Mondial Euro Tour II?

We fetched the car yesterday and pushed it in the bodywork shop late in the evening. First thing today was to provide the shop with a spare lower lever of the left rear suspension. It was bend by the crash it had a year ago, so the wheel stands upright again. The repair of the body will be done by the best body repair shop I have ever done business with so far, starting next week. I had some time to inspect the car further after my inspection of November last year and it all looks very good! The accident has occured by the end of 2015 and since then the engine wasn't started. During the body repair, I will start the engine after the usual checks.

Wow that's brave! Wouldn't let my car be lifted like that, espectially as the engine at the wrong end of the lift...

Trust me, these guys know exactly what they do :) and it was the only option to evacuate the car out of a parking lot of hundreds of damaged vehicles, taking corners that already give troubles to bikes.

He used a wooden beam underneath the car to make sure nothing got hit underneath. It was very practical to put the car on the trailer, he just had to shove it in.

Fair enough, but I think I'd have kept it lower to the ground, but hey it's all fine in the end.
