Yep, those three (each having their own). Have you found an Owner's Manual? If so, see pages 61 and 62.

Yes, the three noted. The more unique belt of the three is the waterpump one, it is very thin. Also tends to be overtensioned.

If you still have a/c, then yes for the compressor. Plus the Alt and the water pump individually.

For belts, all Mondials are pretty much the same except, of course, the t.

You might want to double check. I think the 8's and early QV's had one belt to run both the water pump and alternator. The water pump bearings were prone to early failure because the belt had to be tighten so hard to prevent slippage at the alternator. It was a tiny little belt. The 3.2 went to a short small belt only for the pump and then a much more normal size belt to run the alternator. Hope this helps.

    Indeed. Thanks. :)

So the next question would be, nowadays, where do you source your replacement belts?

I plan to get them from AWitalia. I've been getting parts from them since we had the Mondial (2006) . I search they're website and I found the price reasonable , competive w/ the other vendors. I only got confused when I saw that there was a version of a Mondial that had 2 accessory belts only ( water pump & alternator combined ) thats why I started this thread to confirm and you fellow members helped me .

    Best regards ,

Biedlers belts has them Cheap, Cheap, Cheap. They are gates belts and they are CHEAP. Tiny water pump belt is gates 7M630. Tiny belt to run alternator and water pump is 7M1000. Normal size belt to run alternator on 3.2 is 15315. They are so cheap I install new ones every year just to be safe. Then I carry the old ones for emergency. Hope this helps.

For the three belt system, this is what is on my 1988 Mondial 3.2...

Water Pump Gates 7M630 (another number on the packaging is 8903-0630 which sounds like a Gates part number).

    AC Gates 11M875 (8904-0875)

Alternator Dayco 10A0813C (other marks on the packaging are 2009 (presumably the date) and under the bar code 8 021787511055) The Gates equivalent is 11M925.

I think the 11M925 Gates cross to the Dayco for the alternator is not correct. I don't think there is a direct Gates cross with the same dimensions as the Dayco. The Dayco is on my car. The Dayco belt is specced at 10mm x 813mm.

Closest Gates item appears to be 6212MC is the product ID, but I think is 800mm long. Sorry, the cross ref noted was from another F Chat thread and must have been for some other variant other than the 3.2. Probably best to go with the Dayco.
