Went to test drive the new BMW last weekend. What a machine!

The bike is agile, brake and chassis are absolutely brilliant, engine is smooth, torquy and pull hard in the upper part of the range...

Love, love, love this bike! Only learned of it a couple of weeks ago. Maybe time to trade the FZ-1 in.

Same power output as the S1000RR? The RR is the nastiest bike I have ever had the pleasure of riding and that says a lot because I own a modded 2012 hayabusa and even in near stock form its faster then my bike.

It is retuned at 160bhp, but more torque.

Guy across the road from us had an RR, loved the sound of that thing rocketing off in the morning.

How's the riding position? I'm no longer looking to spend a lot time in "the lean" but wouldn't mind a fun machine.

I can only hope it has the quick shifter, that thing is so sick.

riding postion is very confortable but still sporty. I really like it. My track bike is an Aprilia RSV4 and I do not want such a hard core bike on the road. I really liked the BMW package...

Magnetic suspensions (3 positions), shifter and electronics are options (in Switzerland)
