Steve, Do not let Dave go off to play crew chief until after he does my annual service! He also wanted to adjust my ride height...so let me know when your ready. Paul
Good to see you the other day! No worries Paul... we got you covered when you're ready to take it out of hibernation Steve
TR engine ready to go back in... We also restored the wrinkle finish on the intake manifolds, cam covers and timing covers Spring is coming! Is your car ready?!! Steve Image Unavailable, Please Login
What a great transformation. Kenny, Dave and Steve have done an amazing job with your MAJOR....and I am sure it is going to run even better than it looks. It was kind of cool seeing two of my good friends Testarossa's on the lifts together...making me miss mine. See you soon after the thaw!
Paul, yes it does look lovely. Cam covers were looking a bit haggard. Was up there on Sat and it looks better in person. Steve did a superb job on them. Thinking of selling it though for the Siata 208S in the showroom. That car gives me a boner. Just gotta come up with the couple mil difference is all. I want to see your azz in your car a bit more this year buddy!
Guy's I am going to make a big effort to be out there a whole lot more this year. I would be embarrassed to tell you how few miles I put on the 355 last year...unfortunately it was in the hospital for 6 weeks waiting for new cats. Thanks to Ted Yerardi, it made it to Tutto in style! Hoping the season starts soon, and they get the pot holes fixed. looking forward to seeing everyone. Best Paul
Thanks Anthony Many years of practice! It's all about how the paint is applied, thickness, etc. If you don't have enough paint it won't wrinkle enough and too much will cause uneven/heavy wrinkle. I've tried wrinkle powdercoating but could not get the right results. Authentic color is a whole other subject! Steve
Just finished prepping this 1965 Ferrari 500 Superfast for the Copperstate 1000 Road Rally 5 liter Lampredi V12 with over 400HP in 1965... Good stuff! Image Unavailable, Please Login
1989 328 major service and suspension overhaul underway...Check out the freshly refinished cam covers. We have a great process to bring back the original aluminum finish of the cam covers, timing covers, etc without giving them that polished look that is incorrect.
