I attached a picture that has a graph of the shift times for the SF2 Ecu which is 150ms in the lower gears. So shifting slower in the lower speeds is normal. We have a ECU specialist who can re-flash the ecu on your 16m to make it shift faster. There are also updated ecus available that can achieve the same result. If you would like us to look in to either of those for you just give me a call at 774-226-5844 or send me an email at [email protected]. I hope we where able to assist you. if you need anything don't hesitate to call or email.

    Respectfully,
    Tony

I got in contact with our Ferrari software engineer we can upgrade the software on your
Gearbox NCR/TCU with the new software level your Ferrari 16M will shift up to 10ms faster eliminating all shift lag .The same upgrade can be performed on all F430s and most Ferrari models.

Can 2002 575 have the F1 shift faster than the factor 220ms? Is there an upgrade for enhanced performance without sacrificing durability? Thanks Tony.

Yes ko23 we can upgrade your TCU with our factory Ferrari Challenge performance software to make it shift 200ms faster without sacrificing any durability or reliability issues. We can also by upgrading the engine motornics increase the horsepower up to 45 horses guaranteed. We just did Mr. Muftah Bugazias 575M this weekend and the change put a huge smile on his face! We where lucky enough to have our software engineer fly over and spend a week with us!

That's great. Can the TCU be done with the Challenge software without doing the extra engine ECU for power?
