New 308 QV Owner and FerrariChat Member

Hello all, I recently adopted my first Ferrari, a nice original '85 308 GTS QV in grigio/rosso shown here at a local Cars and Coffee. It had been in hibernation for many years until the prior owner found it and had a major service done to make it sing once again. I have just a few details to sort out to make it perfect (for me) and look forward to the help and camaraderie this forum provides.

No, but I will get to more local events once I finish my initial "fettling!" Yes almost an identical twin... my chin spoiler looks smaller than yours but maybe that's the photo angle. The second owner of mine did the Maranello factory tour and bought the badges and billet knob at the time... I think I am going to remove and store the badges as they're not original.

 

Thanks - I'm in the process of joining FCA and adding my car to the 308 Registry, and looks like I will soon have the opportunity to meet Mr. Cross!

 

I tell you, it's a drop dead gorgeous color combination for a marque that most people think only looks right in red. BTW the C&C in my pic is the monthly one at Steel Stacks (Bethlehem PA).
