Bergen County C&C's 2014 kick-off

Hello everyone,

It is time (well, actually not yet, but soon!) to start planning the 2014 C&C schedule. I hope to have the first set of dates soon.

We are targeting mid-March for a couple of 2014 kick-off events.

Details are still in the works, but we will be doing a run to Bear Mountain on Saturday, March 8th, with the intention of having our first official meet of the season the following weekend, either the 15th or 16th. More to come soon on both events.

I just figured we needed something to look forward to, amidst the seemingly constant snowfall!

Since Cars & Croissants is meeting on March 16th, our season opening meet will be moved up to March 9th, meaning we will have a double-header that weekend.

On Saturday, March 8th, we will meet at 8:30 AM, prior to our 8:45 departure to Wide World Ferrari-Maserati.

From 9:00 - 11:00 AM, we will meet at Wide World for breakfast, and at 11, we will head up to Bear Mountain for a scenic drive and lunch.

Feel free to join us for any or all parts of that morning. Please PM me or e-mail [email protected] for information regarding where we are meeting before we drive up to Wide World.

On Sunday, March 9th, we will have our first scheduled meet of the year.

We've already been in touch with them. They want to do it. As soon as the roads and weather improve, we will!

 

We've eliminated the second portion of the drive (Wide World to Bear Mountain) due to road conditions, but we're still driving to Wide World and everything else is on as scheduled for now. Let's hope for some at least decent weather!
