This is the thread I posted in 360/430, but it might be better served here:

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I looked at the archives, but did not gat a good answer on the cost of replacing F1clutch. I am looking at the complete Clutch job with sensor, flywheel, throw out barring, and what ever else is needed for a complete job. If you had yours done, or quoted please let me know. I am looking to have a dealer do it here in NJ, NY, or Philly.

This should be basically everything your going to need to do a proper clutch service.

    -222090 Clutch complete $2,043
    -201755 FLYWHEEL SCREW $2/each x 8 $16
    -204385 Clutch SCREW x 9 I think $12.38/each
-Flywheel you can resurface and have balanced with the clutch at a machine shop. Figure about $200-300
    -219340 COMPLETE SENSOR KIT $504
    -103877 Pilot BEARING $44
    -200323 Rear main seal $69
-Hill engineering F1 TOB $585 comes complete with all seals
    -Exhaust manifold gaskets x 2 154985 $16/each

-Gearbox oil I recommend going with Redline 75 90 NS and just keep in mind some 430s need a friction modifier to avoid diff chatter. I think we use factory GM modifier.

Labor expect to pay 16-18 hour at most shops depending on coupe or convert.

Hope this helps! All parts can be bought direct from Dan at Ricambi. Any questions feel free to email [email protected]

Drop John Nouri from Broadway Performance a line. He does fantastic work on ferraris and he happens to own quite a few too!

Thanks everyone. This rally helps to figure out proper price to pay for this job.
Just one question - Why is convertible more than the coupe?

The subframe has to be removed to pull the trans. On a convert the hardware is blocked by the convert top which folds back over it. So you pick up some time just removing it.

Another option is: Classic Coach in Elizabeth. Challenge may be the timeliness to complete repair.
