Just got back from a trip to Montreal. Took a food truck bike tour and the guide mentioned that you can bicycle on the F-1 track. Actually you can jog, rollerblade, bike or drive the track. Driving limited to 40 KPH.

It was really fun. I suggest the experience.

Parc Jean Drapeau is pretty convenient to the city isn't it? I can see how it would be fun to ride the circuit when there are much fewer people around than on an F1 weekend. What was your lap time? :)

You can cycle to it from any Old Town biycycle rental. There and back, with a few miles on the track can be done in 2 hours. The whole track deems to encircle a large island which would take longer Photo of pit area.

Pretty weird seeing the paddock so desolate. I'm used to standing there with a couple hundred people around and all the activity in the garages. I'm sure it was fun pedaling around the island but the paddock looks so sad like that.
