I just got a notice re an auction in November in nyc held by keno brothers seems pretty good so I registered to attend. anyone know about this?
Interesting. The Datsun 240Z (Fairlady Z32) seems way too high, yet the Toyota 2000GT seems way too low. Nonetheless, some nice stuff there!
I think prices are very optimistic in general and I have feeling the turnout and actual sales #'s will be very low. in particular the aventador selling at double new is bit off to me I attended a nyc auction about 6-7 yrs ago that did poorly. nyc might not be the right location. we will see
Fine Automobile Auctions - Keno Brothers Today's email featured a bunch of Ferrari memorabilia. Worth a look. Original Dino brochure and other interesting pieces.
I will be there. It seems the market for a lot of these cars has cooled off a bit of late - it will be interesting to see what happens.
All proceeds from Werner's collection will be donated to charity. RM did extremely well in NY a year or two ago, suspect same success for the Keno's auction.
I am going to drop by. I miss the old Road & Track magazine car reviews. I suspect the old issues offered for sale will have some F cars in them. The Keno Brothers are collectors themselves with some good examples.
It is an impressive display of cars and a well done setup by the organizers. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the neighborhood today. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
