    Ferraris and Friends is now called "The Midwest Gathering of Automobiles" (Midwest Gathering for short).

    Unfortunately, we had to change the name, however, the Event will be better than ever.

    This year we are featuring "50 Years of Mustang" in addition to Ferrari. Our Charity this year is the Salvation Army "Card a Teen" Program. (Like 'Shop with a Cop' but for Teens)
    The event will unfold as follows:
    Friday/Saturday/Sunday September 12,13,14 2014:

    Friday: Champagne Reception/Pebble Beach style car display (130+ cars in 2012)
    Charity Live Auction
    Saturday: Car show/Tech Sessions/AM & PM Drives
    Evening Dinner Event downtown Ft. Wayne @ Main St. Bistro with Main St blocked off for car display
    Sunday: Coffee & Cars Event
    Tire Rack/SCCA Street Survival Event

    If you have not been to this event, it is TOP NOTCH!
    The Midwest Gathering of Automobiles (Formerly: Ferraris and Friends)

    Friday: Pebble Beach Style show @ Sycamore Hills Golf Club. We will have cars displayed down the 1st fairway with lights so you can stroll around the cars into the night. Live auction to benefit Charity, dinner and cash bar.

    Saturday: Drives, Tech Sessions, Food, Music all day long, then we are blocking off part of Main St. downtown where Main St. Bistro will host heavy h'ors d'oeuvres, music and a cash bar.

    Sunday: AM Drive, Coffee & Cars and the Street Survival Teen Driving Event.

    Come for all 3 days or come for 1. Either way, we are raising $ for Charity and getting really cool cars together.

    Hey Mark, My apologies on the links. I'm working to figure out what is going on. The main Venue on Friday is Sycamore Hills Country Club in Fort Wayne. On Saturday it will be at Sweetcars in Fort Wayne and on Sunday it will be at DeBrand Fine Chocolate in Ft. Wayne.

    For those of you that are coming, we will be closing down part of the Downtown Ft. Wayne streets to have cars on display on Sat. evening. Main St Bistro will be providing great appetizers and a cash bar. Live music will play into the evening. We are very excite about this as its something new for 2014.

    If you are golf Fans, check out the HotelFitness.com tournament that's going on in Fort Wayne this weekend. Here is a pic of the 1st Fairway at Sycamore Hills. In 2 weeks there will be roughly 100+ cars lining this baby for the MidwestGathering. :)

    Time is now to register. (Wait until you see the gift bags....Holy cow is there some cool stuff going home with people this year!)

    On Friday night, somewhere down the middle of the fairway we will have an artist doing a 'real time' painting of a something Ferrari. This will be something very cool to witness the progression of from 4pm to 7pm. The painting will then be part of the Live Auction.

    96 cars on the fairway
    A LOT of Champagne passed out. :)


    Saturday:
    38 cars on the morning 2hr drive (that's a record!)
    22 cars on the pm 2hr drive (also a record)
    80+ cars at Sweetcars
    50 cars on Main Street downtown for the evening event

    Sunday:
    20 cars for Coffee & Cars
    25 Participants in the Street Survival Program.

    Thank you Sir! This really is a one of a kind event. We will do something downtown Fort Wayne next year with the next Midwest Gathering being in 2015.

    I'll post the Drone videos when they are edited.
