Just thought I would start a new thread as we have been riding the 2011 thread for awhile.
First C&C is April 6th and I am planning on attending but will most likely be car-less as the Ferrari still needs some paint work before it is done and the Lincoln doesn't have a steering box in it at them moment and time is not on my side. I am curious to see how many cars show up as there is plenty of salt and sand on the roads down my way.

I'm expecting a good turnout after this miserable Winter.

    Weather permitting, of course. ;)

I'm going to skip this one, while it will be warmer too much stuff on the roads yet and bet it will be a low turn out, well that is just my guess.

I appreciate the enthusiasm of "you guys up North", but don't they use salt on the roads up there?!

I always like to have a few really good spring rain storms to wash the residual salt dust away before taking the cars (which I don't want to get corroded;)) out :)

    I expect so.

We've had a little rain, I wouldn't worry about any residual salt. The likeliest cause of rust on a Ferrari is washing. I've seen rust inside doors of cars that have never seen rain.

Too much washing, not enough driving. A little Quik Detailer and a soft cloth does the trick.

I have decided I am going to bring my nephew up and try and give him a great day. He is now 10 but was born deaf and now has cochlear implants. Background noises make it hard for him to focus on the sounds he is trying to hear. Lately he has been having a rough run as his brother and other freinds are getting into sports and he has had a hard time participating due to the background noises. He is socially withdrawing and starting to express anger and frustration. I am hoping to get him involved in something that he can engage in and be excited about. God willing we will find a way to get rid of his gameboy and get him back to being social.

Rain snow mix for Saturday. Think if I show up in my 2012 Impala I'll still get front row parking by the clubhouse?? At least I was able to get the winter coat of dust washed off everything the last couple days.

I've wondered how you've been. Probably will be plenty of parking tomorrow if the weather is like today. :(

I'll have coffee and a dry place here if you want to stop by. :)

I spent satuday with the chainsaw cleaning up from the last snow storm so I did not make it up. I have heard from a few of other regulars that they did not go either. Just curious if anyone on here went and how many cars showed up.

Glad to see you're back. Saturday was pretty good, the estimate is 1000 cars & maybe 5000 people. The place was full at 8:11.

This last one was bare bones. Granted I showed up about 9 45 but I was surprised how few people were there.
