    Karl, bout time we start hearing of your plans, and we share our ideas. The goal being to get you to spend as much money as possible to make our lives easier.

    Now that your financing is done, tell us about the location, and all the upgrades you have in store, and when you will be open.

    The following would be great.

    1-We need an espresso, fruit,and Champagne bar

    2-F1 viewing room with Connolly leather furniture for exotic car owner only with on demand reruns of all races, Victory by Design, and Radio LeMans playing 24/7 on speakers Radio Le Mans

    3-Full floor glass viewing room to see you in operation

    4-Exotic car storage

    5-show room for exotic car sales

    6-exotic female models to check us in and out

    7-Full wash and detail bay

    8-Covered storage for all exotics at all times

    9-Sky deck with view of Charleston Harbor

    10-Operating room like conditions at all times in the garage

    That's about all I can think of. You already have a test track, called ramp to 526 and I've heard there are a lot of skid marks left from that..and I don't mean on the road. Any other suggestions?

    David, I'm about to climb into a race car so I will make it brief. Your wish list pretty much matches mine but reality is that we are just trying to improve the efficiency at ERR.
    The shop will be located only a mile west from where we are now. Right before the famous "On Ramp". It will be 10,500 sqft on a 2 acre lot. We will have 10 lifts plus exotic vehicle storage lifts. The shop will have climate control. The vehicles stored will be visible to the owners day and night through an Internet accessible camera system.
    I currently have 5 full time mechanics that share my dreams and philosophy. Our current shop can no longer support our workload due to the lack of space.
    After more than 22 years in business I'm finally taking this huge step forward.

    Looking forward to serving our clients better and more efficiently than ever.

    That's awesome and you deserve everything you've earned. Not just with hard work, but you have the best "good will" of any businessman I know.

    I found some pictures to help in your design. The mechanics bay would be great with fine dining and French press while seated and watching you work.

    Ok, I admit this would be a bit extreme, but the glass window idea I really like.....plus Radio Lemans that I am listening to while I type.
