    I just home some developer doesn't buy it and put condos on every square inch of the property.

    was this a membership/country club track?

    interesting that it's "financially sound" but "owners are in a different life stage".

    so, basically, we got tired of playing with this toy.

    I too hope it remains a track and not a RE development project.
