FCA & Triangle Italians New Years Drive; Saturday, January 3rd

    On Saturday, January 3rd, the FCA and Triangle Italians are partnering together to organize our annual "New Years Drive". We will driving to Mystery Brewing (Mystery Brewing Company) in Hillsborough for a private tour of their brewing facility followed by some quality time in their tasting room. Afterwards, we will be having lunch across the street at Hillsborough BBQ (Hillsborough BBQ Company | Pit-Cooked BBQ in Hillsborough, NC).

    Our meet-up spot will be An Cuisine in Cary @ Renaissance Park Place (Weston Parkway & Harrison Ave.) Don't worry...there are several coffee & pastry shops nearby!

    Lastly, Mystery Brewing is opening a couple hours early for us. As a courtesy and "Thank You" for opening early, we are asking everyone who attends to chip-in $5-10 for the bartenders to show our appreciation!

    Timeline:
    - Meet-up @ An Cuisine between 9:30 and 9:59

    - Depart An Cuisine @ 10:00AM to caravan to Mystery Brewing

    - Arrive @ Mystery Brewing for an 11:00AM Private Tour & Tasting

    - Depart Mystery Brewing between 12:30 and 1:00 for lunch @ Hillsborough BBQ

    - Depart Hillsborough BBQ whenever you are stuffed and done!

    Amy and I are in. I think my shoulder will be healed enough from rotator cuff surgery to drive the 355.

    A few years back, I went in for rotator cuff surgery, but they found something worse - a Labrum tear (SLAP Type 2 Surgery). Recovery time much longer - was in a sling 24/7 for 6 weeks, and it can take up to a year for complete recovery. However, my shoulder is better than ever - was worth it.

    Take it easy and wishing you a speedy recovery.

    Kate and I will be there, at the brewery and then for lunch, weather permitting. There's a small caravan starting from the Triad (Summerfield) if anyone is interested.

    I wish I had picked that earlier. Sorry. We left from my house at 9:30am.
    Just so you know the 3/21 drive will start from Greensboro Cars & Coffee and will go South.
    I am thinking about lunch at Old North State Club. that would be close to you.

    Looks like a good showing considering the weather. I didn't know there were that many Lamborghinis around. Had we been in town we would have been there although we go to the Mystery Public house on a weekly basis...can't go too much.
