    A word about FCI, Greensboro. Back in November, wife and I bought a 2008 599 from FCI (Keith knowlin) and traded our 2003 575M. Everything went well and the 599 was delivered here in perfect order, and the 575 picked up the same way. We then discovered that among all the manuals,the principle owner's manual was missing. Not to worry, Keith ordered us one and it arrived yesterday. Took awhile but they got it. Honest folks. Much appreciated.

    BTW, All Ferraris enabled me to download the pertinent manual pages to tide me over til the whole book arrived.
