I took my brother to lunch today for his birthday and while away from the shop received this text from a Ferrari client whose car is under the knife.

Hey Karl, I just wanted to let you know that I stopped by the shop to check in on my girl. I talked with (mike?) your guy working on my car. You have a hell of a team working there. His excitement about working on my car made me feel like he was putting his all into it, not that I wouldn't expect that from any of your crew but I just wanted you to know that he represented you and your company proudly.

After receiving feedback like this, I don't even care if I get paid. This is what it's all about. I'm so proud of the crew I work with.

After looking at that pic, I'm glad I didn't get a spider. I still pucker up a bit when I have to call you.

Makes you want to slap someone at the factory for not making the tray differently for better access. But Ferrari never did care about their clientele. Selfish bastards.

They never cared when they were putting parts in ferraris that knew would fail. 355 headers for example or Enzo's with sticky parts
