    Selling our Mt. Rainier view home of 32 years. Looking for an experienced REA that can do the work and sell a beautiful "rim home" overlooking the Sumner-Orting Valley and Mt. Rainier. A clear and unobstructed view without any roof-tops to encumber the view.

    .5AC that is beautifully landscaped and is mature. Heated 970sqft shop space and 3 car garage at street level.

    HOA @ $250/year dues, and HOA controlled green-belt which protects the view and prohibits any development on the controlled acreage.

    Easy access to Hwys: 512, 167, 410. 15-20 minutes to Sounder Station (Sumner).
