Need Accident Attorney in the Northwest

My car was hit by a delivery truck while at the dealership for some mechanical work. The work was being performed as part of my purchase of the car - the previous owner and I had already agreed to a deal but had not signed the title yet.

The insurance company handling the claim is refusing to cooperate now that ownership has officially changed hands. They sent a check based on the estimate solicited by the dealer, but an independent shop I visited gave a much higher estimate.

I feel like I need legal help. Does anyone know a good attorney in the area?
