1st Driving Day of The New Year!

Woooo Hoooo!!!! It was 52 & sunny today here in Portland, OR & the 1st decent driving day for my Ferrari. I was able to do a 40 mile drive/cruise to exercise "Franchesca" and now I have gotten my Ferrari fix for a little while. FYI: The legions of motorcycle cops were out in force also.

 

Not really a defined loop. I am in the Bethany area so I head out NW West Union to the Brookwood Parkway exit/entrance on 26 West - then take 6 towards Banks, OR. from there you have a lot of options (sometimes I just explore the road not previously taken). If you have a good amount of time take the back roads to the coast, eat lunch/dinner & then you can use 101 to head up/down the coast. All great views & open road areas. FYI: some of those little towns have radar traps set up so having a good radar detector & laser scramblers makes this a much more relaxing fun drive. Looks like Tuesday will be a decent day, hoping to take "Franchesca" out to play.....

 

Correct Enzo! Tuesday was a decent driving day and looks like another on Wednesday. Very rare to not have gravel (small rocks here in PDX) or Potassium/Manganese Permanganate (road de-icer) on the roads at the moment to attack/harm our Ferrari's.
