    Thanks for the suggestions, just looking at Spokane as a possible place to eventually move to.

    Id just look at Realtor.com. An agent really only helps with two things. They know the previous sales in an area. They might know of properties not on the MLS. I've only been to Spokane for business. They do have some good deals on real estate there.

    Amy specializes in the upper end of this market(albeit still comparitively cheap in my opinion). We moved here from Santa Barbara,CA to be close to family. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
