    Hi guys,

    Anyone know if they have title/registration services for sight unseen car buyers purchasing a car in the PDX area? I used one when I bought my stallion in Florida and they took care of the title transfer for me seamlessly. Any service like this in PDX? I know someone interested in a car there buying from the east coast.

    The only thing I like doing before buying a private sale car, is a lien check. Any DMV can do it for a small fee. If you are registering it in another state, you don't need a local title/registration service. Signed title and bill of sale, take to your states DMV and get it in your name in your state. Very easy, takes 10 minutes max.
