    Yes Mulkiteo is in the Seattle area. Just north towards Everett.

    Very close to Mukilteo is Veloce Motorsports, 17410 Ash Way, 206-228-4485. I have no experience with them but they have been recommended here on FC. Try a search for them in the northwest section.
