Friend of mine is selling a space gray on black 2008 6-speed manual in Lake Stevens. Not sure if he's even listed it yet.

just in case you need a barometer…my friend just bought an '08 (v-10) M5 6-speed with about 40,000+ well cared miles from a northeast dealer located about 600 miles from him. its black/black in very good condition. it was listed for $38k and i don't think the dealership moved very much off the price. it was trucked down and he hasn't stopped smiling since it arrived. good luck and hope this is helpful.

good luck the v10 m5s are special cars and getting a real manual is so difficult these days. Much like Ferraris all of the the 3 pedal cars are now demanding a premium.

I don't know much about the bimmer market but I am amazed how the first series m3 has shot up in value. I get it-homologation/low production #s but still

They got cheap enough that they were beat to hell.

The v10 cars, especially manuals will be collector cars in the future. I bet in 10-15 years they will go up in value.

Check this one out....but it's in Vancouver BC, Canada. Bonus is the Canadian Dollar is 25% lower than the USD..... Actually, if you're in Washington State, it's likely you're only 2-3 hours drive away....

    Cheers
