Good day, I´m looking for a ´89 Porsche 930 Turbo with 5 speed transmission best in Silver but any other color is ok as long as interior is not Brown, any leads let me know. Not paying retail as this is going crazy at the moment. Thank you in advance
The question today is, what is retail today.... And where will it be in a week/month from now. Thinking these are going up every week at this point .... The frenzy has been getting bigger for older 911s. I want one also and will pay 20% LESS than John Qs lowest offer.
A friend has one and he may be selling it. It's red and tan looks new and has 29K miles. I'm sure he will be accepting offers way under retail. Right. BTW, Anyone have a pristine 76 fibreglass 308 they are looking to sell for way under retail I'm looking for 2.
these are now easily mid 100s to high 100s cars...easily. The 89s are the last of the breed and the only 930s with the 5 speed... I was offered a red slant nose couple about 3 years ago for $90s. He may still have it for sale. Asking was $190s. I bought a 89 Speedster vs the Turbo. Turned out to be the smarter move. 89 Speedsters are now in the $200s. Low milers are in the upper $200s. Pisser is that now its become such big $$ its becoming garage art....

Looks like I p*ssd some dealers of here, that was not my intention. Just kidding. I just do not like the kind of people that steal away every TR or 512TR or any other collectible car like the 5 speed 930 to put it back up for sale at double price no mather what condition. So what is retail? that is always the big question. Best example is the Testarossa up for sale at the moment, high $ car but dodgy description. Worth max 100k but asking 150k. So retail would be 150 and deffo not paying that I will however pay the right amount for the right car even if it is to expensive. Everybody back to being happy now
I'm happy But hey I have a 930 in the garage. And I got to call a troll a troll in your thread. lol. srsly... You want what many peeps consider to be the holy grail of the 930 range. On top of that you have a preference for it to be a rare and coveted color. <and> You are unwilling to pay retail which some folks interpret as you will only pay less than what the car is worth. We all wish you the best of luck I'm sure
I also would like to pay only wholesale or under wholesale price for any cars .... if there is any please let me know ..... I don't mind to import directly from Germany .
It looked silver in the pictures--- grey. 1989 Porsche 911 Turbo - G50 930, Originally Owned & Autographed by Wayne Gretzky - Pelican Parts Technical BBS
Lol that's always funny someone that doesn't want to pay retail but I'm sure if they had the car they would love to sell above retail stop dreaming and get a life
