    Looking to buy an old Fiat 500. Currently educating myself on the model range and history.
    Want to buy the car in Europe, with approx. budget 8000 Euro.

    Any owners here or someone with knowledge about these models?

    I have a 66 500F, great little car, Not very practical here in the states, 22 hp and a top speed with a tail wind about 110 k/mh They got a little boast in HP with the Later 500R with the 650cc engine and a syncro transmission. Lots of parts and support available here in the states and considering they never imported them. So there must be a wealth of parts in europe. Good luck with your search, you should be able to find a decent driver for 8k euro.
    They run around $9-16K u.s

    Haha, it's awesome! I never get tired of these cars, that's why I want one. Preferably in black with red or tan/dark brown interior.

    Will update this thread if I can find a great example.

    What did you do to the engine? What was the basis engine?
