I want that more than any vintage Ferrari. It's just so gorgeous, unbelievable. Best rear in the business! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Absolutely gorgeous. I think this car was sold a while back by Kidston. They have sold various Tipo 33 Alfa Romeos: Kidston - Motor Cars Search
Numerous sources state 18 non identical Franco Scaglione designed Tipo 33 Stradales were built but less than 10 are said to exist today. I have read that not all cars found homes so 5 or 6 of them went to various design houses such as Bertone, Pininfarina and Giugiaro where design exercises were performed on them and were rebodied as fabulous concept cars.
Grazie Signore Kook. 105 red never looked better. The Alfa and Omega. This is an in house design if memory serves. Who penned this masterpiece? I remember AROC due mila (2000) concours a T33 corse wowed the crowd. I sure miss my 101 Sprint. Must have another.
You are welcome GT4 brother I am looking for the right Alfa for my growing car collection. Something before 1970. This one might be a "little" north of my budget. Does anyone know how much you have to hate your money to buy a Tipo 33?
Must hate Lira but amore Alfa. I'm fairly well connected in the Oregon Alfa scene. What do you like? Happy to help. Saw this in the latest SCM. Lightweight 750 mind you. Not on their website. . emcars.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
Total production was 18. 4 of were concept cars given to designers to re-body, 1 was kept at Alfa, and 13 were delivered to customers.
Anyone care to guess what this might sell for given today's climate on collector cars? Gary Espada 8394 EtypeFhc 887465
Always Looking For Another Market price on the Stradale? Two recent T33 corses were at $550-650k. (SCM). Say $800k for the street car. Shot in the dark.
This was on Bring a Trailer a while ago, but if you access Kidston's website the car isn't listed on the Available Motor Cars section.
This car is gorgeous; shame the new 918, p1 and laferrari aren't in the same league as far as aesthetics are concerned IMHO. This car together with the Muira, Dino, jag e type and ford gt40 are my top 5 as far as aesthetics are concerned. Forza Alfa!
Usually the competition version of a given car commands a significant premium over the street version( 250 SWB vs. SWB Comp, 275 GTB vs. GTB/C). The Alfa 33 Stradale is the exception to the rule, they sell for a multiple of what the 33 comp cars bring. My guess is $2 million plus. Yes, it has the sexiest rear-end ever.
Thank both of you. Looks fantastic. Very rare these days..! I believe that there are a few replicas too, right?
Valuation do over. In our nutso market I think this car would bring closer to eight figures. Using the recent NART spyder sale ($27.5M) a guide, there are similarities. Is the Alfa 1/10th of the 275? One of a handful Race car for the street Essentially perfect looks Storied manufacturer Find another
Last time one sold on the open, it was around $750k, but that was 10 years ago or more. Now, i would think one would easily fetch $5m considering a TZ1 is above $1m and a TZ2 is >$3m.
No Stradale, but a TZ in this sale, GTA, GTA, and others. Sale N° 2400 - Rétromobile 2014 & Solo Alfa by Artcurial Motorcars | Artcurial | Briest - Poulain - F. Tajan
Vintage Alfa prices are starting to get stupid. I expect that original unmolested and documented Auto Delta 1970/1971 1750 GTAM to go way over the estimate. A well know race winning car.
