Help in choosing colors on Dino 2.4 "VOTE"

    Hey guys

    Would love to hear some feed back on what color to go with!

    I have narrowed my colors

    106-A-16 Celestial Blue Metallic ( Still waiting on a color match )
    106-A-32 Azzurro Metallizzato Light Blue Metallic
    106-A-72 Bleu Dino Metallizzato Medium Blue Metallic

    My interior will be tan leather interior, black dash and console.

    The dark blue is real rich and is timeless classic.
    Beautiful, in fact allot nicer than I had imagined. Will accent all chrome and wheels.

    The medium light blue also very nice and deep with lots of silver gives really nice shadows.

    I would appreciate you vote in helping me choose a color!

    Blue Sera looks great. Especially in Dino which is a car with many curves.

    Spray the samples on a larger surface and then clear coat them, it will tell you what your really working with then take a picture of them next to the leather

    For the Dino, the darker. Now if you are talking an E-Type, then the lighter. :D

    Medium blue metallic, I had a FIAT this color many years ago and loved how it looked in sunlight and at night under lights.
    Since then, I've always had darker blue cars but they look black in strong sunlight...

    Dino color samples

    Well guys the votes are all in and the Dark metalic blue wins by 78 Dark to 24 light.

    The darker color does appear to work very well for the DINO and my leather sample.
    The darker blue also offer allot more hues.

    I simply love both shades of blues and the fine metallic flakes they offer.
    Just like the older european paints from the 60's and 70's

    I struggled between the two colors, having owned a 60's maserati light metallic blue I know that color always looks good.
    However, I am drawn to the darker blue this time for the all the shadows it offers.

    So, it looks like I am on board with the Dark metallic blue.

    I regretted selling my Mas 3500 so I took on the challenge of restoring a Dino 2.4 to standards that would make me happy. In other words I brought back to life a car that was neglected and in sad shape. Now that it's done I my self.
    Will there be another one. Will I let her go to try another challenge?
    At the moment I am soaking all up. Admiring every curves , I can't believe it's done.
