    This website claims it is ex-GM executive test car

    That it was bought out a junkyard by the e-bay seller

    It Came from a?Detroit Junkyard: 1968 Iso Fidia S4

    Can any Detroiters verify this--would that be Warhoops junkyard in Warren where 3 or 4 GM Motorama concept cars were found?

    And did it really sell for arounf $12,000?

    It says in the article it was bought from the junk yard in 1977, which I believe. This particular car was displayed at Eyes On Design in 2000 or 2001, the year Giugiaro was the honored designer, and looked much the same then as it does in the photos.

    There are a lot of pieces missing off the car it looks like the interior was stripped out at one time. I am looking for a new front windshield if anyone has a lead on one.

    just i know that car and its owner pretty well. i thought he still had it? i will ask him next weekend.

    He does, I never said I owned it, just that I was looking for a windshield.
