    Panerai 4 Pre A
44mm PVD All original Tritium Dial 1997/98 Stainless Steel Manual 44mm watch
Watch only plus COSC and Warranty Card.
Very Fat Tritium Numerals which you don't get on the later A and B series!!
Excellent condition for 18 year old watch and running beautifully.
Serviced in 2012 and all parts kept original to the watch.
Sapphire Crystal flawless and caseback very minimal hairline marks.
Tried to show tiny hairline scratches on PVD but very small but are there.
The watch has the highly coveted T-Swiss-T hyphen dial and 6502 case.
The BB number is minus 1400 which is consistent with the 3rd batch of Pre A 4.
Only 235 Pre A watches were produced in 1997/98
    Truly a beautiful historic Panerai!!

Limited audience for a special watch. I have a bog standard PAM88 and this is out of my league. Did you post on Paneristi ? (that's actually where I bought mine)

I tell time on my cell phone. No need for $15k sitting on my wrist. :) Beautiful watch though. It's certainly cool looking.

Yeah, Panerai insisted on changing the tritium dial on my PAM 25, said if I didn't let them they wouldn't service it any more because the tritium might flake off and damage the works. They "threw in" matching hands.

    I didn't really know what I had.
