Nothing to do with your end at all.

Sig Sauer 7 Mag

Might anyone be interested in a Sig Sauer 7mm Mag with an incredible set trigger?

Retractable bolt lugs, chamber indicator, lever to unload WITH safety on. Incredible bluing.

Set trigger, don't even LOOK at it when set.

If so I might post it up.

A few pics

A set trigger allows you to have a very light trigger pull while still having a safe action. The trigger action is ineffective until the set trigger is actuated, so you can have a round in the chamber with less risk of an accidental discharge. A normal safe trigger pull is usually 3 lbs and up, while the actual trigger pull on a set trigger might be a few ounces. The set trigger can be a different motion on a single trigger or a second physical trigger, with either type pre-arming the actual trigger, which then fires with a much lighter pull than usual.

This one is activated by pushing forward. So, once you have target in crosshairs you push it forward. Then, the lightest touch to the trigger fires the rifle.

This one can be fired in conventional manner as well.

Set triggers are virtually extinct in the US for liability reasons.

You mean the last auction? Both $17,100. A bit disappointing.

One important point, in contrast to the first auction, this car has now been proven to be numbers matching.

Damn shame some wanker ruined your auction!

He obviously does NOT know about THIS thread, and your marksmanship prowess!!!

You can't take it off line with one of those other interested bidders?

That's how I scored my sweet "800 miles Ducati 996 in yellow"

Well damnit, I still don't have my hands on my new-to-me 10/22 yet. Talked to my FFL and it's actually his state license he's waiting on renewal. Now he says they told him it would be 3-4 weeks at the start of July, "so should be any day now". Not sure how his math adds up but he's gonna hear about it from me when I finally get to pick up the rifle.
