The Mid-Atlantic Region invites you to the 2014 FCA International Meet in Leesburg, VA. This year we will be "Celebrating the Redheads". From the Testa Rossa's of the '50's and 60's to the more modern Testarossa's of the '80's and '90's we hope to see you June 11-15 right outside our Nation's Capital!

For those of you who have attended Annual Meets in the past, you know that we will have a Concours, a Rally (through the beautiful Virginia Hunt Country), sightseeing but more importantly...there will be Track Events!!!

Top instructors will be available to help you get acquainted with the track and to get the most from you and your Ferrari. This is an unmuffled event and race-prepped cars are welcome! Ferrari Historic/Challenge Car Racing will be held on both Saturday and Sunday. Whether you race or watch, you will feel the excitement of wheel-to-wheel racing.

So, if you're looking for some extra track time before the next CCR race, come join us for the 2014 FCA International Meet. Check out our main thread in the Mid-Atlantic Region or our event website at: Ferrari Club of America 2014 Annual Meet

Have you ever wished you could be like Jack Ryan, Dirk Pitt, or even the Rogue Warrior?

Well, here's your chance! A very interesting and exclusive addition to this years’ FCA Annual Meet is the Escape and Evasion Course at Summit Point Motorsports Park. The course, which is taught to diplomatic security agents, as well as foreign service officers heading to high-threat posts across the globe, will be held on Saturday, June 14th on the Jefferson Circuit. Two time slots are being offered. Learn to ram barriers, reverse direction quickly, J and K turns, and much more. Only in Washington can you find this type of course. See you at Summit Point in June!!

I would just like to add that the Challenge car races which Bill mentioned above are the perfect opportunity for the owners of retired Ferrari Challenge cars to test their, and their car's, abilities on a challenging 2 mile course, but in a very low key, low pressure atmosphere. Summit Point offers a long, high speed straight, a tight and twisty "carousel" section, and enough elevation changes to keep things very interesting.

We fully recognize that the drivers who are racing these cars in other series for points and championships may not benefit from the races we'll be holding. But for the drivers who have the cars, but don't race them regularly, this is a low cost event to give you wheel-to-wheel racing experience.

Our emphasis will be on safety and fun, but still with the competitive edge to hone your skills.

And, we have a couple of different options for you. You can sign up as a full event participant and enjoy all of the social aspects of an FCA International Meet, or you can sign up at the more economical "racer only" level and concentrate on building your track and racing skills during your "race car only" sessions.

I'm happy to answer any questions and I look forward to see you at the track in June!

    George P.
