Tried to uncover broadcast times/stations but no luck. Are any races going to be televised here in the states apart from Le Mans? Thanks.

What a shame. Was really looking forward to the Porsche/Audi/Toyota battle this year. I guess the COTA race will be televised as well...

No live TV in the U.S. just like last year.

You may watch the races live streaming online however from two sources…

    WEC.com:
    Live off

    Audi Motorsport:
    explore

how bad would WEC ratings in the US be? nobody knows what the hell it is!

    Indy, TUSC, F1 get a 0.3 to 0.6 rating....

Like most of the finer things in life, you have to dig a little harder to find them.

Hinbaugh's over-the-top commentary aside, I'm looking forward to the Silverstone
event to see how P-1 will really shake out. We know what Audi is capable of and
I have a sense that Porsche has something up their sleeves that hasn't been revealed
in testing, likely a more advanced ERS than we've seen before.

I think Hindy's fantastic – the Murray Walker de nos jours... The webcasts the past two seasons have been pretty decent in my opinion.

well Murray Walker was a bit over the top too :)

I like Hindy too, far better than most of the broadcasters we've seen thus far in IMSA (and don't get me started on MRN)

Speedvision (Not Speed) would have carried it.

Sigh... I REALLY, REALLY miss that channel.

Honestly, I don't think Speedvision would have carried the WEC either

Speed had numerous opportunities to broadcast, WEC and its predecessor championship,
WRC, Touring Cars, etc. but didn't. And, yes, I'm aware Speed showed Touring Cars
over the holidays in tape delayed format. Why not show them live so we get to see the
races like the rest of the world gets?

Once Speed was bought out by NASCAR interests, showing real racing became less
of a concern than showing inane reality shows and NASCAR 24/7.

Speedvision and Speed were 2 very different channels. Speedvision used to have every sort of obscure racing you could imagine. (Dakar Rally, Isle of Man, Motorsport Mundial, just to name a few) In fact, cars were only part of the programming week from Friday through Monday. Motorcycles, planes, and boats made up the programming for Tuesday - Thursday. When they got bought out by Fox (NASCAR) that's when they changed their name to Speed and began showing garbage.

According the WEC website today, there will also be an hour of highlights from Silverstone on Fox Sports 1 sometime on 4 May.

Depending on where I look I am seeing different start times. I really want to see the debut of the Porsche. Does anyone know for sure when the race will start US time? Is it 7am EST?

I agree that Hindy is annoyingly over the top. Far too excitable.

The Audi-live site has obviously changed.

I have asked for clarification from Audi Sport.

YESSSSSSSS!!!!! Thank you Sir! Didn't even need a plug in. Bomber huge thanks as well!

I was trying to buy the steam all morning from the FIAWEC website. I tried every CC I had and all wouldn't let it go through.

Can I get a quick recap from anyone that's been watching? Looks like the Toyota's are solid. What happened to the second Porsche? Anything big with the Audi's or just off the pace?

#1 Audi is withdrawn after big contact

#14 Porsche had big contact, not sure if they're still trying to repair or withdrawn.

    Toyotas look solid. I'm surprised.
