    we had tickets to go but couldn't get out of DFW to make the flight to Nice to the event thanks to mother nature

    I've been there and here are some pictures. for regular visitors the access is quite restricted and grandstands are located around the swimming pool and Casino Square only. But it's certainly worth while if you get the chance.
