    he was offered a contract for '14 before Kimi committed to his return. otherwise, no; at least not that I'm aware of.

    Hulk has posted good, but not great, results in F1...so off to WEC he goes.

    funny how WEC is now filling the role CART played in the 90s/00s.

    There seems to be a little misinformation here. NH is not leaving F1 for the WEC rather he is doing a few WEC rounds most notably Le Mans for Porsche while continuing to be an active GP driver.

    Nonetheless I suspect it is preparation for 2016 & no F1 drive - having failed with the Ferrari contract (and as I recall some others too) this appears to be something his management have got right
